Senior Advisors will have responsibilities specific to their areas of expertise, but are generally responsible, with other CSA team members, for project deliverables within their areas of expertise.
Major Areas of Accountability
- Authors, or assists in the development of, client proposals and deliverables.
- May support clients in an interim capacity, filling specific client roles on a full time or part time basis as needed.
- Works directly with clients on-site as required.
- May lead client engagements, managing work assignments of other CSA team members to provide project deliverables in the specified timeframe.
- Identifies business opportunities during engagements for CSA to deepen client relationships.
Qualifications
- Ten to fifteen years of experience in Security leadership or a supporting program management role.
- Able to identify potential gaps and immediately address them with additional initiatives.
- Strong relationship building skills.
- Able to manage teams enterprise-wide.
- Exceptional verbal, written and inter-personal skills.
- An undergraduate Business degree or a Bachelor’s Degree in the specific area of expertise or relevant field is required. A Master’s Degree or MBA is preferred.
