Bob supports organizations in various sectors, including health care, higher education, financial and retail. Clients praise his ability to quickly assess a crisis and cut through the noise to provide concrete, actionable solutions. Previously, Bob was a National Emmy Award-winning investigative journalist with more than 24 years of national and international reporting experience. Bob is a Managing Director of Crisis Communications & Reputation Management for CSA.
