Jen is a dynamic, value driven leader with 28 years of experience leading complex interdisciplinary teams towards safe, high-quality care. She holds additional expertise and accomplishment with strategic planning and alignment, patient safety, workforce safety, process improvement, change management, staff engagement, and patient experience. She has led emergency preparedness initiatives and partnered closely with security for both Level 1 and Level 3 trauma centers in workplace safety. Her most recent experience includes design and construction for two emergency department remodels with the most recent being a 72-bed Level 1 trauma center. Jen is a Senior Advisor of Healthcare Security for CSA.
