John is a seasoned marketing executive with extensive experience across multiple sectors, including healthcare, government, consumer products, and education. He became Chief Marketing Officer of People Media Worldwide, Inc. when it merged with Halsted Communications, Inc. Before his role at Halsted, he served as Senior Vice President and manager of Porter/Novelli’s healthcare practice in the Western region, part of Omnicom, a global leader in advertising and public relations. John is skilled in crisis and issues management, having managed communications during high-stakes events such as an FDA recall for a medical device manufacturer and employment issues for a large HMO and a Japanese electronics company. He has also advised consumer product companies on crisis responses to product tampering incidents and directed sensitive communications for the Seventh-day Adventist Church during the Branch Davidian crisis in Waco. John is the Chief Marketing Officer for CSA.
