Lisa is an accomplished business and transaction lawyer with 25 years of experience advising private companies and leading complex financing and M&A transactions. She has extensive transaction experience across sectors including business services, transportation, industrial manufacturing, and healthcare and advises on her clients through aspects of the business life cycle, from formation to exit. She serves as outside general counsel to a diverse client base, guiding business owners, management, investors, and boards through start-up and organizational matters, M&A transactions, capital raises, shareholder agreements, buy-outs, and joint ventures. Lisa acts as outside General Counsel for CSA.
